Gold Membership

Executive Group Gold Membership is our basic membership program. It includes your membership in a small group of non-competitive CEO’s/presidents that meet for a half day eleven months of the year to focus on member issues and opportunities. Quarterly Roundtable presentations feature noted speakers in their fields and are part of your membership program. Bring your key leaders at no cost. Twice a year you and your leadership team can participate in Executive Groups Market Busting Workshops that are designed to help you hone your strategic position, value proposition, marketing plan and execution abilities.

Platinum Membership

Platinum Membership includes all the benefits and opportunities of Gold Membership plus quarterly private workshops with your leadership team. These sessions will focus on the strategic implementation of your annual plan and serve as “accountability sessions” to help deal with any internal obstacles to execution.

Here are nine questions to ask before you buy:

  1. Do members primarily renew because of the business value they receive from the meetings or for the friendships they’ve developed?
  2. Does the group both have a focus and a methodology to help you dominate your marketplace while achieving a balanced lifestyle?
  3. Does the group offer membership to consultants and salespeople whose main agenda is to market their services?
  4. Will I be required to pay for services I may not want or value, such as monthly coaching?
  5. Does the group bring in outside speakers and educators to keep me informed of new business strategies and trends?
  6. If yes, are these speakers required to meet a strategic and thematic criteria proven to bring tangible business results, or are they allowed to be “motivational," topic-of-the-month or technique-based speakers?
  7. Does the program provide the option of allowing your key leaders to participate in educational events as well as strategic workout sessions?
  8. Does the program provide the option of private strategic planning sessions, market busting workshops or quarterly strategic execution reviews with your leadership team?
  9. What percentage of my membership fee will be siphoned off to the home office and thereby reduce the local incentive to provide outstanding customer service and attention?
